Bricín - Bricín's Nut & Vegetable Roast

We've been making this Nutroast recipe in Bricín for the past 30 years and it's as popular as ever! It freezes very well - divide how you like, wrap in clingfilm and pop in the freezer. Defrost overnight in the fridge. Delicious heated up in the microwave or lightly fried in the pan - toss a poached egg on top or a dollop of hummus or your sauce of choice. Our delicious Creamy Mushroom Sauce is also for sale.
Naturally gluten free as we don't add breadcrumbs - our mushroom sauce is also gluten free as it is thickened with cornflour.
This nutroast is peanut free!
Ingredients: Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Cashew nuts, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, garlic, tomato, eggs, parmesan, fresh mixed herbs.
