We make the Spinach gnocchi with spinach from our garden, mash potatoes & Salt. We blanch it to keep it's fresh green colour. Then you just need to cook it for another 4-5 minutes in boiling salted water and toss it in our garden sage butter. It is gluten free & the gnocchi without the butter is vegan.
