Yum Gelato
Founded in 2013, Yumgelato's mission has been to produce the most delicious ice cream possible, and bring that to the people of Cork.
Marcus the founder of the company was inspired to study the process of Gelato making in Bologna, Italy in 2014 and has been using these techniques in the manufacturing process ever since.
This process starts with using the most premium quality ingredients that are available, wether that be premium Madagascan vanilla pods, Piedmont hazelnut, Belgian chocolate, Alfonso Mango or Golden Bean Coffee to name a few.
When these flavours combine with proper Irish Milk & Cream, the end result is what we hope is something that you keep in the freezer that will give you something to look forward to after that long day. Enjoy!
