The Rainbow Room is a community project that has been in the works for some time--the ultimate goal being to make ethically and/or locally sourced goods and gifts and simple, nutritious plant-based takeaway foods accessible to all in the community while also providing a space for people to reconnect to themselves, to one another and to nature. Our plan is to operate on a donation-based payment system. For now, until we can officially secure a public location, we are thrilled to offer our plant-based sushi rolls to you through NeighbourFood Ennistymon and as takeaway from our certified kitchen on Fridays.
