The Good Dairy Company , inspired by its coastal location, it’s dairy farm business steeped in family history have created a range of delicious homemade creamy ice-cream for the conscious consumer who want everyday access to high quality, artisan food with traceable roots.
Our mission at The Good Dairy Company is to hand-create and deliver flavour -packed products with real, authentic and honest origins. Using only the finest produce in Ireland, we handcraft all of our food to ensure outstanding quality and taste before it reaches your table.
Tom & I live on our Dairy farm with our four kids in Nohoval near Kinsale, Co. Cork. The farm is right on the coast overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the Wild Atlantic Way. Our pure breed Pedigree Holstein Friesians Cows enjoy lovely sea breeze and beautiful lush green pastures, which produces a rich creamy milk. Tom is a 4th generation dairy farmer and has a wealth of knowledge in producing a high quality, rich and creamy milk which is the base of my Artisan ice-cream.
Inspired by our natural landscape, beautiful beaches and magnificent coastal location I want to diversify, add value to our milk and bring back to the marketplace a high quality, rich and creamy ice-cream made at source. I have developed a range of flavours which reflect the farm.
Handmade on the farm in small batch, using the highest quality local ingredients. Our ice-cream uses natural ingredients and stabilisers, which is important to us. Our milk is pasteurised and non-homogenised.
