I produce a range of fresh pestos, tapenades, mojo sauces and dressings.
All are handmade in small batches to my own tried and tested recipes using fresh, quality ingredients, locally and seasonally sourced where possible. They may be used in a variety of ways and form a handy refrigerated product for the busy person. Some are also suitable for home freezing.
I also produce a range of vegetarian dishes ready to be reheated and enjoyed perhaps accompanied with a tossed salad or fresh crusty bread.
