Founded in 2015, Micilín Muc is an award winning artisan food producer with 6 Blás na hEireann awards. We produce quality high meat content pork sausages, which come in a variety of flavours; such as our award winning BBQ, Honey & Mustard and Cumberland! We also produce Gluten-Free Plain Sausages. As well as our sausages, we produce Black & White Pudding , Dry Cured Rashers, Bacon Joints, Sausage Rolls and Bacon Grill Steaks. All of our products are made using Irish pork and our black pudding is made using the simplest of ingredients with a hint of cinnamon, no preservatives and fresh beef blood sourced from a local abbatoir.
