Irish Hedgerow award winning sparkling refreshers, tonic waters and cordials are produced in South Tipperary by Julian and Helen. We specialise in working with natural extracts from wildflowers and plants to produce delicious drinks. Many of our drinks contain wild elderflowers which are gathered by hand from the hedgerows around Drangan, Cloneen and Clonmel. We also grow fruit and vegetables and while we are not registered organic, we do not use herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilisers on our land as we love visits from bees, birds and other wildlife!
