Fairwinds Honey is a small scale producer of local honey.
Our honey is untreated, cold filtered, wild flower honey foraged around the Balfron area.
Our honey is extracted in small batches and the colour and flavour will vary due to the variety of forage available at different times of the season.
Honey is made by honey bees, we just manage the bees to promote pollination and because we love promoting biodiversity.
Honey processed by cold filtration contains pollen. All honey over time will crystallise. It should be warmed gently to re-liquify.
