Alan Twomey and Siobhán Ring produce artisan dairy products including goat milk, a soft goat cheese, and goat milk soaps from their small herd of 20 goats in Co.Cork. Their herd grazes the lush grass pastures in the parish of Donoughmore. Milk from the herd of goats is pasteurised and either bottled or used to make their many varieties of soft goat cheese, or goat milk soaps.
