Cuskinny Court - Cuskinny Market Garden
Cuskinny Market Garden is located in the original 0.75 acre walled gardens of Cuskinny Court dating from the early 1800s, located east of the town of Cobh in Cork harbour. We are striving to bring things back to where they were, growing seasonal vegetables using hand tools, natural methods of soil amendment and insect control without the use of chemicals. Where possible we source organic seed from local suppliers. Our aim is to grow honest food, build our soil, nurture our ecosystem and leave this piece of Irish heritage in a better way than when we found it.
We will be selling, according to season, a range of mixed salad leaves, beetroot, chard, spinach, peas, beans, turnips, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, squash, pumpkins, broccoli, cabbage, onions, garlic, herbs, edible flowers and cut wild flower bouquets.
