Ebb & Flow is a small artisan producer of tasty seaweed food products based in Dun Laoghaire.
We are producing a range of delicious seaweed products that we hope will introduce you to this wonderful sustainable Irish superfood.
All our ingredients are locally sourced and all seaweeds are hand harvested in the west of Ireland.
Our first product is the potato cakes which is flavoured with smoky dillisk and sea salt. We also produce a lovely hummus with Alaria seaweed.
All our products are plant based and are supplied in sustainable packaging.
