We are a small speciality coffee roastery located in a remote valley in the Burren, Co. Clare. Its a rugged yet beautiful place, influenced by Atlantic storms, and an enduring history. The pace of life is slower here. We take time to find coffees full of character. We hand roast them in small batches to unlock their hidden flavours. We produce coffee that deserves to be savoured.
We are recently organically certified and will be launching a range of organic coffee during 2020.
Currently we offer a small range of coffees, all carefully chosen to showcase new season new harvest coffees. Our range include both blends which we post blend ourselves and some unique single origin coffee. All our coffee is grown sustainably, from farmers who are paid well above market price for producing quality. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and we offer coffee both wholebean or Ground in 250g or 1kg resealable bags.
