My business is " A Touch of Magic" based in Carrigaline, Co. Cork . I work from both home and the Cork Incubator kitchens when things get busy. I consider myself a sugar artist and I create bespoke wedding and special occasion cakes with a contemporary elegant twist, from couture cookies to couture cupcakes, sculpted chocolate, cocoa butter painting and edible works of art a speciality!
Committed to using only the finest of ingredients and freshly baked to order. Be assured that you needn't miss out if you have special dietary requirements, I also offer gluten free, dairy free and vegan cakes using a wide range of flavours and fillings.
Gold medalist for both my wedding and novelty cakes I am a sugar craft and baking instructor and now teach my craft to others.
I schedule classes throughout the year for budding bakers and feature every Sunday morning a LIVE class at 10am on FACEBOOK.
I have just finished my first book .. Baking with "A Touch of Magic" .. 100 Magical Bakes . launching January 2021
