For example: try drizzle over goats’ cheese or even ice cream, use in meringue making, add to a good oil to make a dressing, as a refreshing drink mix with soda/ sparkling water in the ratio 1-part Shrub to 8 parts water...Also can be used in cocktail making & added to sparkling wine or a spirit of your choice. For “Cheese Shots” dilute 1:1 in sparkling water & enjoy with good strong cheeses on a cheeseboard. Our Shrubs are made using a pro biotic Apple Cider Vinegar from The Apple Farm, Co. Tipperary
