Wild about - Nettle Pesto

Nettles are one of our greatest native super foods, packed with essential vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants. We grow our nettles in polytunnels (much to the ridicule of our farming community!) but this delicious RAW Nettle pesto is actually one of our best selling products, raw to preserve all the benefits of the plant, its is simply delicious on a cracker, dollop a spoon into mash or over new potatoes, simply sublime with fish, particularly hake, simply paste over raw fish, wrap and bake 20 mins at 180.
