Although there are as many paella recipes as there are regions in Spain, if pushed to it most Spanish would agree Valencian to be its natural home. Our paella rice hails from Sollana- where rice was first grown in Spain 1,200 years ago. This floodplain of the Jucar River has the perfect mild and warm climate for our delicious paella rice.
