Unglu-d - Gluten Free & Dairy Free Lemon Drizzle Loaf Cake
This delicious lemon loaf cake is both gluten free and dairy free. Light in texture, beautifully moist and a little gooey, it's perfect with your favourite cuppa or would also make a lovely dessert served with some fresh berries.
This is a 2lb loaf so plenty to go around depending on how thick you like your slices :). Store in an airtight container after purchase, will keep really well for 3 to 4 days. Also suitable for home freezing.
