Tindal Wine Merchants - Chateau D'angles Classique Rouge 2017, Languedoc, France

From the famous stoney soils of the 'La Clape' cru in the Languedoc this red is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. The Estate is run by the Fabre family, Eric Fabre was the Techical Director of Chateau Lafite Rothschild, so as you can imagine these are pretty smart wines!
The estate is on the way to being certified organic.
