Nettle can help to contribute towards normal function of kidneys – excretion – and towards normal function of the prostate. Elderflowers can help to contribute towards purification – excretion. Calendula can help to contribute towards normal function of the liver and intestines.

100° C water temperature
3-4 heaped tblsp./1 litre
