Our 1kg packs of frozen blueberries are great for use in all sorts of recipes - for baking pies and muffins to lightly poaching with a sprinkle of sugar in compotes and coulis. Bursting with flavour and antioxidants they are a great way to start the day with your porridge or yoghurt.
All our blueberries are grown in fields around Blairgowrie and our frozen ones haven’t quite made it into the fresh punnets destined for distant markets – maybe too soft, too large or small or not quite the right colour – nevertheless they are too good to waste and make a great frozen product so that you can enjoy all the year round.
