The original black elderberry formulation is packed with antioxidants from the delicious berries . Sambucol Original Black Elderberry is a great tasting natural berry flavoured syrup extract. It contains high levels of flavonoids which may help to support the immune system. Flavonoids have a high ORAC value, a method which of measuring the free radical absorbance capacity of different foods and supplements. This black elderberry liquid supplement may be useful in helping to combat colds and flus. Sambucol original does not contain any artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners. This formula is non drowsy and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

DIRECTIONS:
Recommended daily dose: Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons). Children (3-12 years): 5ml (1 teaspoon)

Winter dose:
Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children (3-12 years): 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
