Our Irish Ancient Grain loaf is made with spelt grown and milled by Oak Forest Mills in County Kilkenny. This long-fermentation sourdough loaf contains flakes of ancient grain, including emmer and einkorn wheat. Along with it's low GI and low salt content, this loaf is grown, milled and baked in Ireland. Great for your body and low low food miles.
