The Delicious Food Co - Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables

We use a lot of roasted Mediterranean vegetables in our salads & sandwiches When I was putting this selection of food together
I thought it would be a lovely addition, as they are so delicious & not something most people would make for themselves. I love a bit of chargrilled on my roasted veg & hope you like it too. Try them with our pesto on a French baguette & some lovely St Tolas goats cheese for a very delicious lunch/snack
