This chilli oil is a firm favourite in our house & we now have a waiting list of friends who tried & wanted more. Our oil is stuffed with roasted chilis, sesame seeds, star anise, roasted on a smoking hot pan to get that extra smokey taste.

This is delicious for as a dip, drizzled on pizzas, added to pasta or a meat dish, making food sing that little bit louder!
