The Cali Kitchen - Cali's Dukkah

Nutty, crunchy, salty and aromatic. We use it to pimp salads, sprinkle over eggs- our favourite though is to snack on it dipping with some sourdough, good olive oil, balsamic and the dukkah.

The dukkah contains cashews, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, caraway seeds coriander seeds and dried thyme.
