The Apple Farm - Apple Jelly From The Apple Farm

Our apple jelly is made using fruits grown on our farm in Tipperary. It is made with cloves, so has a touch of warm spice flavour. It makes an excellent accompaniment to toast, scones, and paté, and can also be used as a ham glaze or with pork.
