A sweet and sharp loose leaf tea packed with vitamin C.

Using the spring-growth shoots of Spruce, Picea sitchensis.

Spruce shoots are rich in minerals such as potassium and magnesium.
Spruce has long been used by indigenous cultures for relieving coughs and sore throats.

Use one teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
