Thalli - Dried Channelled Wrack Seaweed

A delicious seaweed which can be enjoyed as a snack or added to almost any cooking. Add directly to soups and stews or toast and crumble before mixing through salad, pasta or rice. Can also be used in place of salt for a mineral-rich seasoning.

Channelled Wrack is known for being loaded with calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, iodine and zinc.

All seaweeds are prebiotic, meaning they are colonised and fermented by beneficial gut bacteria, thanks to their high fibre and specific polysaccharides.
