Thalli - Dried Bog Myrtle
Bog Myrtle was traditionally used in beer before hops became popular. It can be used as a spice, in place of bay. Use sparingly, one leaf per 500ml of liquid. Delicious infused into butter and used with meat, fish or vegetables.
