Don't buy this honey!! Unless you enjoy a strong tasting, exceptional honey like this heather honey from Glen Prosen. It is a glorious, jelly-like heather honey, with a wonderful flavour which defies description. By me anyway! Enjoy it laid on hot porridge, on warm toast, laid on a cheeseboard to be sliced with a sharp knife or just eaten from the tub with a spoon!
