Another raw milk winner from Fermoy Natural Cheeses: this Irish version of German 'Tilseter' is a real crowd pleaser. Young & mild enough for all ages & persuasions, yet high on the cheese pleasing scale due to its unpasteurised nature. Very tasty, without being strong.
