St Tola Hard Cheese is a delicious Gouda style cheese. It has warm rich flavours and a deep nutty undertones. We do not make St Tola Hard cheese every year, sometimes we go for 3 years without having surplus milk to make this. This year because COVID 19 hit our business so badly, we were able to free up some milk to make a few batches. Enjoy it while you can - What is rare is beautiful!
