This mildly spiced curry is a Sri Spice speciality blend named after the beautiful town of Galle. It is made with a blend of our unroasted and roasted curry powders and a touch of paprika.
It is equally good with veggies or meat and serves 4 as a main.
Please note all main dishes include extra optional chilli flakes so can be made hotter if desired.
