Speltbaker - Speltbaker's Honey Seeded Wholemeal Sourdough

This is a newest addition, a wholemeal sourdough with benefits!! Our usual wholemeal but packed with seeds and strengthened with olive oil and honey. Olive oil is cold pressed and comes from Crete. the honey comes from Carlow, supplied by Malone fruit farm. The bread is soft and nutty and the oil and honey do not only enrich the taste but also add to the shelf life of the bread dramatically. Well worth a try.
