Duck is perfect for any occasion – a Sunday roast – an Easter feast – a Christmas celebration – also welcoming in the new year. Duck is very simply to cook, we believe if you can roast a chicken you can roast a duck. Our ducks are farm reared with no added hormones or growth enhancers, overlooking Roaring Water Bay which adds an amazing salt marsh like texture to our duck
We cook our duck 20 minutes per 500g and 20 minutes over at 200 degrees in a fan oven. We currently have a fear about duck but it is very simple to get your perfect roast duck at home. We keep things simple in our house with salt and peppe, letting the duck do its duck thing. Email us or direct message with any questions you may have.
