Our slow grown chickens are reared as traditional as possible by the hickey family.
With these changing times and business becoming a little quieter then usual we have decided to rear some of our own Skeaghanore West Cork Farm Chicken. Brought in as day olds, The hickey family raise them using the same techniques that have given our duck and geese their unique taste and flavour! We believe that the sea air adds a unique taste to any of the produce we create here.
We are aiming to have the larger chicken that will feed the family for a few days.
Basic weights from 1.7kg and all the up to 3kg plus.
Chickens are in high demand and selling incredibly fast so keep an eye on social media for updates on restocking times.
