Skeaghanore West Cork farm - Duck Leg

Our rawduck leg is perfect to throw a spin on your evening dinner. Season your leg with your preferred spices and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Continue to cook for 90 minutes until it is fully cooked and crispy skin! What is brilliant about the legs, for the 90 minutes, you only have to turn the legs once and let it do its thing for the rest of the time. We love it in our house because it is stress free and we can do 3/4 other jobs while it is cooking
