Simply Herdwick - Hogget Chump Chops

These chops come from the rump and are slightly tougher than the gigot chops. They are generally quite meaty and are leaner kind of meat. Grilled or pain fried brigs out the best results. cook for 6-8 minutes on each side depending on thickness.

This product is delivered frozen. It has been frozen atleast 4 days its use by date and If purchasing we recomend defrosting and using within 2 days. Otherwise it can be frozen for up to 6 months.
