Simply Herdwick - Herdwick Lamb Rolled Shoulder

Rolled shoulder Is a delicious roasting joint that can be very tender if cooked slowly and has a good cover of fat which helps flavour the meat while cooking. It is a good value cut that can feed the family no problem. It has a slightly richer flavour than the leg.

Cook in the oven on a high heat for 30 minutes with a seasoning of your choice and then reduce the heat to 180° and cook for a further 1 and a half - 2 hours depending on size.

We reccomend that a 750g rolled shoulder will feed 4 adults.

Each pack comes frozen and we recommend defrosting thouroughly before cooking.
