Simply Herdwick - Herdwick Lamb Gigot Steaks

For a limited time only we have lamb gigot steaks available. As equally as tender as lamb but not as deep a red colour as Hogget. Will be slightly more tender than Hogget and will reguire less cooking time.

Prior to cooking cover the steaks in olive oil and season with pepper and spices and then pop on the frying pan on a medium heat for 3-6 minutes on each side depending on preference.

We reckon 1 steak/person and they come in packs of 2. Each pack comes frozen and we recommend defrosting thouroughly before cooking.
