Sheilasfoods - Coriander, Chilli And Lime Pesto

A variation on the traditional basil pesto, this fresh pesto is also made with fresh parmesan, pinenuts, olive oils and garlic, but has fresh coriander as its base with the addition of fresh lime and a little habanero chilli. It too may be used as a dressing , etc but its fresh spicy flavour makes a great accompaniment to chicken and fish dishes.
