Sheilasfoods - Chermoula

Chermoula is a fresh Middle Eastern inspired sauce which is made from fresh tomatoes, chillies, garlic, fresh parsley and coriander, seasoned with cumin, turmeric, cardamons, curry power and fresh lemon juice, bound together with a mix of olive oils. It may be used to flavour minced meat to create koftas, spread over chicken fillet or fresh fish before baking in foil, used as a condiment with BBQ foods, or tossed through freshly cooked grains or roasted vegetables as a seasoning.
