Seaside Squirrel - Ribwort Plantain Salve

I harvest the leaves of Plantain in my garden and dry them in a basket before steeping them in organic olive oil. This traditional method turns the oil a deep green colour within a few weeks, drawing all the benefits of the herb into it. Once strained, I melt local beeswax into the infusion and pour the preparation into little tins. Before the salves set, I add two drops of lavender essential oil for scent. A particularly handy tin to carry around if you have little ones or spend time in the garden!

Ingredients:

Ribwort plantain leaves, organic olive oil, organic lavender essential oil, beeswax.

The tins are available in 30ml and 50ml.
