Seaside Squirrel - Calendula Salve

I grow the calendula flowers in my little herb garden in Lislevane, and this wonderfully soothing salve is made using a traditional folk method. The petals are thoroughly dried, and then steeped for a few weeks in organic olive oil at a sunny windowsill. The oil takes on the therapeutic properties of the flowers with an incredibly vibrant orange colour. The resulting infused oil is then heated up with locally sourced beeswax to create a lush ointment that helps the skin regain its natural softness.

Ingredients:
Calendula petals, organic olive oil, beeswax.

The tins are available in 30ml and 50ml.
