Our Irish Wagyu meat is carefully selected, custom cut and delivered frozen in a temperature-controlled insulated food box with ice packs giving you the option to continue freezing, or to thaw and cook. Ridgeway Farm is a family farm in Co. Wicklow where cattle are fed grass, olive feed and chocolate to produce premium quality Irish Wagyu beef. We are the only farm in Ireland producing Olive Fed Wagyu renowned for an intense marbled appearance which results in a tender and juicy meat with a distinctive, delicious flavour. As well as a truly unique flavour, Wagyu beef is also prized because of its many health benefits. The distinct marbling in Wagyu beef has a higher percentage of healthy mono-unsaturated fats along with a high concentration of beneficial omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids compared to other beef.
