Straw Smoked Scamorza is a simple stretched curd cheese that is hung for a short period of time to air dry, and then gently smoked over straw
Sweet and delicate, with a gentle caramel and smoky flavours
Can be described as similar to Mozzarella, but firmer, dryer, and smoked.
Eat as is or melt. In cooking
In Naples, Scamorza is often grilled like Halloumi.
Like all our cheeses, our Scamorza is a hand made product.
