Fantastic cooking cheese because it has a very high melting point and so holds it's form when heated
Halloumi is a great main-course protein.
Full of salty squeaky delicious flavour.
Slice thickly and grill in the pan until edges are gently caramelised
Halloumi can even be cooked over the barbeque!
Store in fridge. Use within 3 or 4 days of opening packet.
