Rathgarogue Organic Farm - Organic Sausages

Rathgarogue Organic Farm Sausages are made with 85% pork from our own certified organic pigs and an organic sausage mix with herbs.
Pigs are reared in a high welfare outdoor system, free to root and ramble. They are fed a varied organic diet and grow at their own pace.
Best cooked fresh or freeze as they will not keep because of low preservatives.
