Rathgarogue Farm Organic Pork Belly from our own certified organic pigs. Pigs are reared in a high welfare outdoor system, free to root and ramble. They are fed a varied organic diet and grow at their own pace, adding to the flavour of the pork.
Pork Belly has the skin left on, for delicious crackling.
